Notes:

Repress version, originally issued in 2002, with revised cover image. First pressing with the Mark Morris cover was used without his permission. While he did not force the band to destroy existing copies of the first pressing, he asked that subsequent pressings not use his likeness. This and further pressings used band member Dapose instead of Morris on the front cover.

Printed inner sleeve therefore has this section of the notes removed: "On the cover: Mark Morris from One Charming Night, a danse piece based on a book about vampires." (White text in the middle lower section)

First pressings of this version originally included a 2002 dated catalog insert.
