At Lulo Records, the best record store in Miami, we treat every record as a piece of history. Whether you are buying a rare vintage gem or a brand-new release, our priority is ensuring your music arrives in perfect condition.

1. Free Shipping Offer (USA)

We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $85 within the United States.

  • How it works: Simply fill your cart with your favorite albums. Once your subtotal reaches $85, the free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout.

2. Expert Packaging

We are collectors too, and we know how frustrating a "corner ding" can be. That’s why we use premium packaging:

  • Whiplash-style Mailers: We use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl to resist impact and prevent crushed edges.

  • The "Seam Split" Prevention: For used records, we ship the vinyl outside of the jacket (protected in an inner sleeve) to prevent the record from cutting through the cover during transit.

  • New & Sealed: New records are shipped factory-sealed. If you would like us to open a new record and ship the vinyl outside the sleeve to prevent seam splits, please leave a note at checkout.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Delivery: Standard Shipping | 3 - 7 Business Days (Calculated at checkout) Local Pickup (free): Ready within 24 hours at our headquarters in North Miami.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time via the carrier's website.

5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please note that:

  • International transit times vary by destination (usually 10–21 business days).

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or VAT fees imposed by their country’s customs department.

6. Issues & Damaged Items

While we pack with obsession, accidents can happen. If your record arrives damaged:

  1. Document it: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the record.

  2. Contact us: within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund on a case-by-case basis.
