Cat# with hyphen on spine, label and inner sleeve: AB-1006

First pressings have cat. # AB-1006 and came in a glossy gatefold sleeve with a glossy card lyric inner sleeve.

"AB" prefix in cat. # was an ABC label price-code, and approximately two weeks after the release of the album the price was raised $1.00 and subsequent pressings were issued as AA-1006.
