Notes:

Track is incorrectly spelled "Synthecide" on the label. This 12" was packaged as "Mix Your Own SSQ" using the "Dub Pieces" edited segments. These tracks do not fade out, but rather cut off.

Came in a generic white die-cut sleeve with a red information sticker on it.
Labels say 1983 but the red sticker on the sleeve says 1984.
