According to an enclosed information sheet, this pressing was part of the "CBS Master Sound Series" which were "Extended Range Recordings". The information sheet, authored by Glenn A. Hart, also provided insight regarding the recording, half-speed mastering, and pressing process used to created CBS Master Sound albums.
