Original US release Inner sleeve with photo's, lyrics, and credits printed on it. Some copies had a hype sticker added to the shrink which read; 'Featuring the New Single BABY OH NO PLUS I WANT CANDY AND 3 UNRELEASED REMIXES'. Indianapolis pressing indicated by "I" stamped in the runout areas. Compare with this Indianapolis version: [r8066725 which is identical in every way, except that a sticker has been added to the labels post manufacturing, which omits the RCA dog & Victrola.
