Also includes foldout color fan club advert for the official "KISS Army" with 13 images of items to purchase. Back page of advert has "Win a KISS Pinball Machine" promotional info with prizes. Some versions came with a 22" x 33" full color poster Custom labels with "KISS" logo behind four faces.
