1st catalog number appears on labels, the 2nd appears on the spine and inner sleeve
"SLM △" in the runout etching indicates that the lacquer disc was processed at, and the metal parts used to manufacture the record were made at Sheffield Lab Matrix.	

A stamped MASTERDISK in the runouts indicates lacquer cutting at Masterdisk Studio in New York.

Large "+" symbols in runouts with dots in the quadrants indicate mastering / metalwork from Record Technology, Incorporated.

Runouts are etched except '[Allied 'ɑ' logo, MASTERDISK' which are stamped.

Track A2 is misspelled on label as 'Private Investigation'.
